40 customized directions letters are provided for you to hand out to your ticket sellers, describing how the fundraiser works, when and to whom they need to turn in the money, stubs and unsold tickets to upon the completion of the fundraiser.

DISTRIBUTION BOOK
Use the distribution book to keep track of which ticket sellers are assign to which tickets. This helps you manage where your tickets are.

DISTRIBUTION ENVELOPES
40 distribution envelopes are provided to help your ticket sellers keep track of their ticket stubs and money collected. A summary form is printed on the outside of the envelope on which ticket distributors write their contact information, which tickets they were responsible for, how many were they return, and how much money they are submitting to your organization.
