ORDERING ANSWERS

There are three ways to place an order:
1. Order online using our secure ordering form.
2. Print out the order form (located in the Downloads section of each program) and fax to 412.291.1407 or 724.308.1142.
3. Call 866.658.7628 and one of our sales representatives will step you through the ordering process.

What if we cannot provide all of our ordering details at the time of ordering? back to top
No problem. Fill out the order form as completely as you can and specify your question/concern in the 'Notes' section. A Green Bee Fundraising representative will contact you to help you resolve any issues.

How soon will we receive our tickets? back to top
After we receive your order form and printing fee, you will receive a ticket proof and order confirmation. You must review the ticket proof as it displays exactly how your tickets will be printed. Standard production time is 2-3 weeks from ticket proof approval.

What are the accepted forms of payment? back to top
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or personal check.

Please contact us directly if you wish to change your order. Whether you can change your order depends on where it is in the production process.
